Once shipped U.S. orders should arrive within 1-7 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS.

If a package is returned to LADIEE JESS due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
